Food Grade Cleaner

Martin^® Food Grade Belt Cleaner fits requirements of belt conveyors in food processing and packaging. Available as primary or secondary cleaner.

Features and Benefits:

• Mounts on the face of the head pulley to reclaim material into the product stream
• Engineered to fit the conveyor specifications and belt cleaning requirements of the food processing and packaging industries
• Modular belt cleaner blades on stainless steel mainframes
• Supplied with internal spring tensioner

Applications:

• Suited for light to medium duty applications, on belts from 4 to 48 inches (~102 to 1219mm) operating at speeds up to 350 fpm (1.78 m/sec)

Options:

• Available in high-density polyethylene or nylon to suit application
• Air Tensioner, Spring Tensioner or Hub Mount Tensioner also available
