History of the organization

The Mexican Business Unit was established in 1985 with the workshop in Mexico City, DF. and in 1988 it changed to Cd Chihuahua, Chih. The Business Unit employs 100 people and 36% of its personnel account with an engineering degree or a degree (12% hold a degree, and 24% an Engineering), and 2% of those employed hold advanced degrees (mastery).

Cd installations. Chihuahua, Chih. has expanded to occupy more than 1,572 square meters of space in the production area and 1,018 square meters in the workshop area.

Javier Schmal holds a degree in Electronic Engineering, and a postgraduate degree in Finance and Business Management. He has been with Martin Engineering for over 25 years, operating in the Latin American market, and providing solutions with innovative and reliable technologies and services for the bulk materials handling industries.

Previously, Javier served as Managing Director for Mexico and Brazil and as Managing Director for Latin America, leading Martin's expansion, improving customer service and experience while developing new markets in Central America, South America and Mexico.
